day 3

I got up feeling very thirsty this morning so had about three glasses of water followed by a mug of hot water with lemon and honey and then went to the gym. I walked for about 50 minutes on the treadmill at a speed on 6.5.    I then got back from the gym and had a glass of carrot juice. Since I am working from home, I was feeling a  bit thirsty and decided to make myself a glass or orange and pineapple juice. It was both tasty and refreshing. For lunch I had a smoothie made from two pomegranates and a bunch of grapes. It was both tasty and satisfying. Was feeling a bit hungry so snacked on some prunes, dates, almonds and cashew nuts.  For dinner I had a large green smoothie made from spinach, cucumber, radish, celery, broccoli and apple.
