I got up feel sick to my stomach, wondering whether I am going to have a job, as I am currently working from home. I also woke up feeling very thirsty and had several glasses of water and a cup of hot water with lemon and honey, before heading out to the gym. At the gym, I spent 50 minutes on the treadmill, walking at a speed of 6.5. I then came back home and had a green smoothie around 9 am made from spinach, cucumber, broccoli, ginger and apple. Three hours later I had a tall glass of juice made from oranges, lemons and pineapple. It was absolutely delicious. I just downed a large pitcher of grape juice. Grapes are currently in season and I am making the most of it. For dinner I had a salad of carrots and tomatoes and then snacked on a few cashewnuts.I am so excited about this lifestyle and proud of myself for making it these past four days.
