Day two

So I got  a lot of up this morning and drank a lot of water.I think had half a lemon with hot water and a teaspoon of honey before heading out to the gym. I decided to be lazy and use the treadmill, for about 45 minutes ( of walking at a speed of 6.4) and that was the end of my workout.

I then got home where I had a large glass of orange, pineapple and lemon juice, which was absolutely delicious. I then headed to work. For lunch I have a large honey dew melon, which I look forward to eating.
For an evening snack I had half a kilo of grapes with strawberries, which i juiced to make a thick delicious smoothie. For dinner I plan on having a green smoothie made from radhish, spinach, cucumber, brocolli, an apple and lemon.
After that, if I still feel hungry I will snack on some dried fruit, either dates or prunes or figs or a few nuts
