So I got up this morning and have juice of two pomegranates and one apple. I started off my morning really well, But then by lunchtime I had some cooked food prawns and okra with some rice. I followed this with a slice of cake and a few sweet biscuits. For dinner I had a smoothie made from oranges and pineapple. Don't feel too bad or guilty because I did manage to get some raw food in. But I realized that I really need to work on increasing my water intake. Oh by the way I have joined a gym and really look forward to my first day tomorrow
