I got up this morning and had a few glasses of warm water. I then went to the gym, where I had a boot training class. Then I came home and had a green smoothie, which for some reason I threw up the entire glass of juice. So now I am hungry and not sure what to eat. I was really hungry and had a peanut butter sandwich. For lunch I had a large serving of white rice and spicy beans. For dinner a friend came over and brought some incredible chocolate chip cookies. I ate two of them. They had little pieces of chocolate chips absolutely delicious. I can"t believe I have fallen off the raw food wagon. I am really trying to get back on. Tomorrow I am going to make a conscious effort to eat only raw food.
